i bought the htc dimond touch 2 a year ago and have had nothing but problems, the phone switches on and off fine, but i cant do anything and its allways deleting my contacts, i cant scroll 2 any applications i cant make calls i cant send messages its as if the phone is frozen but has been like this for a while now ive tried resetting and its still the same i cant do nothing with it and no1  can help me with the problem any ideas will be gratfull, especially as ive paid nearly £4oo.oo for a phone that isent working. many thanx if u have any suggestions . p.s its on a vodafone network
