You'll be the old one soon, lol, since most of us here don't have the TD2 yet.
Installing SPB mobile shell is pretty easy.
There are two ways to get the app running on your phone.
If you downloaded the .exe file to your computer:Connect the phone to the pc via usb;
Let active sync / WMDC start syncing;
Double click the .exe file on the pc;
Installation process will begin;
The last pop-up window will ask you to finish the installation on your phone screen;
Click okay and chose where your want to install the file on the phone (storage card/main memory);
Tap "install" on the bottom left on your phone screen;
Soft reset, that's it.
If you have downloaded the .cab file to your pc:Connect your phone to the pc via usb;
Let the sync start;
Explore / browse your device;
Create a folder for cabs somewhere on the phone (storage card is best);
Drag and drop the .cab file into the folder;
Disconnect phone;
Use File Explorer to locate the .cab file on your phone;
Tap the file to begin installation;
Choose where to install the app (main memory/storage card);
tap "install" in the left corner;
Soft reset, That's it!
